Technical Team

Eatem Foods Company supports product developers, food technologists and research chefs by assisting with product development from the concept stage to the supermarket shelf. We have an experienced technical support team led by John Randazzi, a certified flavor chemist and a culinary team of chefs led by Bill Cawley, CEC. Both teams are backed by a meticulous QA team led by Joy Nicoll, Director Technical Services.
